This yummy is a work in progress, and it will be a while before we see the fruits of our labors. These are tiny little eggplant plants that I hope to plant in our garden soon. We like our eggplant; be it in ratatouille, Parmesan, or our newest favorite, on a pizza? Let's hope these
seedlings grow up big and strong, and that the bunnies don't eat them.
I hope to have more pictures to share as they grow.
